Sinhala Unicode Rendering and Displaying issues on Chrome, Microsoft Word and Firefox

Note that the following rendering issues are occurred when typing Sinhala words with the letter ර්, the letter ර් switches position with any letter which is in the right of the above letter.
Following are the identified web browsers and MS Office versions.
We have managed to verify those on Chrome and some Firefox browsers. Any of those Computers where chrome displays the following errors also have the same rendering issue on Microsoft Word.
