UNIVERSAL ACCEPTANCE STEERING GROUP(UASG) – LOCAL INITIATIVE WORKSHOPS IN SRI LANKA

• Universal Acceptance Local Initiative in Sri Lanka – ICANN workshops were held 0n  22nd and 30th May 2023 from 8.45 am to 4.30 pm at SLIDA.
• This event was held as a two-day continuous workshop.
• Mr. Champika Wijayatunga  and Mr. Harsha Wijayawardhana were the main resource persons  of this event

Following topics were discussed.

• Summarization of the Universal Acceptance 
• Introduction and detail explanation to Email Address Internationalization (EAI) 
• EAI configurations and demos
• Configurations/ troubleshooting based on different MTA and MUA software (e.g.: Postfix, Outlook, Roundcube, etc.)
• IDN registration process in Dot Lanka and Dot Illangai
• Q&A Session and other related discussions
